ABOUT

In this short but flavourful session, we’ll explore how to give new life to vegetable scraps through natural dye tests and basic food preservation techniques.
Using ingredients like red cabbage, onion skins, carrots and herbs, we’ll experiment with their potential to colour paper and fabric — and at the same time prepare simple preserves that could later be served at the final installation opening!

**The first session of the Creative Garden will be on the same morning: lunch is included for participants in both sessions.

CREATIVE GARDEN - This series of workshops is part of an ongoing artistic research project by Gabriele Bonomi (Vegan Bear Chef), focused on the creative reuse of organic and discarded materials. Together, we will explore how food scraps, recycled paper, coffee waste, fabric, plastic, and everyday throwaways can be transformed into something meaningful, poetic, and alive.
