Stefi is a visual artist, working primarily with installation, sculpture, ceramics and drawing. Her work explores the complex relationship of the body and the domestic space, distorting materials and mundane objects, as an act of disobedience towards suppressive cultural norms. Alongside experimentation with assemblage, textiles, drawing and theoretical research, ceramics is the backbone of her artistic practice. During her residence at Treehouse she will refine her body of work and experiment with new techniques and forms of research, work in collaboration, and look into sharing her process.
