My name is Quintus Glerum. I am a mixed media artist based in Amsterdam. I studied animation at AKV St.Joost in Breda and later followed the master program in Fine Arts Design and Technology. While I started my practice with the goal of becoming an animator, I learned there were more ways to make something seem alive than just on screens. I taught myself different coding languages and to work with electronics to make moving sculptures in the physical space. Ever since my work has moved between different forms of digital and physical media.
