source.txt: Poetry Writing Workshop
April 1, 2023

Date: April 1st                  Time: 14h - 16h                Ticket: 15 euros

During the In the Process of Making exhibition, Kelly Mullins will facilitate a two hour workshop on collaborative poetry writing. In this session, participants will be introduced to her source.txt installation piece (showcased at the exhibition) and guided through several group, partnered and individual writing exercises. No prior experience with writing or poetry is required. We will have space for a maximum of 10 participants.

Kelly Mullins participates in the group exhibition In the Process of Making with her piece source.txt . From March 16th to April 9th, the audience will be invited to co-create with the artists. During this 4-week long show, all the artworks will continue to unfold and new pieces will be created, as a way to privilege the process over the final product.

Kelly Mullins (she/they) is an American poet who lives in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. She works in the tech industry and uses poetry as a way to cope with her myriad existential crises while living under late stage capitalism. Kelly runs the weekly poetry newsletter Poetry Trapper Keeper with her friend, Larissa Fantini. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in Streetcake, SAND, Poetry Ireland and other platforms.
