LEARN THE ART OF LINOPRINTING FOR KIDS
Lino printing is a printmaking technique where a design is carved into a soft linoleum block. The uncarved areas are inked, and the block is pressed onto paper or fabric to create your design. Parents or caregivers are welcome to leave their children at the workshop and explore the vibrant NDSM area nearby.

SCHEDULE
Introduction: We’ll start by finding a design you’d like to print on your bag. Then we’ll show you how to use carbon paper to transfer your design onto the linoleum block.
Carving: Learn the carving technique and carve out your design with guidance from our instructors.
Printing: Once your design is carved, we’ll make a first print on paper, experimenting with colors and layouts until the final outcome is ready. The workshop concludes with printing your design onto your bag.
Parents are warmly invited to return at 16:00 to watch the printing process in action, or simply pick up their child at 16:30 when the workshop finishes.
What’s Included
All materials are provided, along with drinks and snacks. By the end of the workshop, participants will take home:
•        Their handmade bag
•        A few paper prints
•        A lino block to continue creating their own designs at home
