EXPLORE THE MAGIC OF SONGWRITING AND INDIE POP COMPOSITION
At this concert, two Treehouse resident musicians will present their work in its final stage of development. Nik Cosmo will perform songs from his upcoming EP, set for release in 2026, featuring music written and recorded at Treehouse that ranges from intimate piano ballads to vibrant indie-pop, both solo and with full band. In the same evening, Julia Rosenhart will present a stripped-down performance of her EP Brimstone, exploring themes of not fully belonging with warmth, humor, and hope. Her sound is inspired by 1970s music with a playful hint of salsa.
NIK COSMO
Nik Cosmo is a singer-songwriter whose musical journey began at an early age with classical training, forming a strong foundation for his evolving artistry. Over time, he developed a distinctive sound that blends emotive songwriting with refined musicianship. Nik honed his craft in London, where he studied music and shaped a clearer artistic direction through extensive recording and live performance. Two years ago, he relocated to Amsterdam, where he has continued to grow as a recording and performing artist. Since spring 2025, Nik has been a resident artist at Treehouse, regularly performing across Amsterdam’s live music scene. He is currently focused on recording and producing his upcoming releases, expanding his sound while staying rooted in honest, expressive songwriting.

JULIA ROSENHART
Julia Rosenhart is a Dutch singer-songwriter and pianist, known for her combination of introspective lyrics, catchy melodies, unexpected twists and a touch of humor. She graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp and creates music that explores themes such as longing, inner conflict and the supernatural, carried by her rich singing voice. From her home base in Amsterdam Noord, Rosenhart draws inspiration from the local creative scene, collaborating with both musicians and visual artists.
