Workshop Improvisation: Playful Teasing
June 26, 2026

DATES: 26-27/06/2026 TIME: 10:00-16:00 LANGUAGE: EN PRICE: €230

Provoke to play. Play to discover.
In this workshop we will train something that completely transforms a scene: playful provocation.
Dogs do it all the time. They push each other, dodge, show their teeth without biting, challenge without destroying. Or they grab the socks that fell out of your laundry basket just to show them to you and provoke you into chasing them at full speed: “Bobbyyyy, drop my soooocks…”
There is tension. There is risk. There is play.
In improv, however, we often step into a scene worried about the narrative, about “doing it right”, about having a good idea before we even enter the space. And then… very little happens between the characters.
This workshop is for those who:
Need a finished idea before entering.
Focus on connecting the story but forget to provoke their scene partner.
Let lines or details pass that could have become pure play.
Build plots… but no friction.
Here we will train:
The look that challenges.
The body that dares.
The line that opens a game instead of explaining.
We will explore how to start scenes without a plan, discovering them through interaction. How to recognize the “game of the scene” when it appears. How to sustain playful tension without breaking the relationship. And how to provoke without attacking.
